THERE MUST BE A WAY
As usual, an ordinary day was beginning for Ezgi again. The morning routine was the same as yesterday and the previous days. She would postpone the alarm many times. She had made a habit of waking up five minutes before the bus would arrive. However, every evening when she went to bed, she had goals for the new day. She dreamed but could not realize her goals.
Getting up early
Doing sports
Taking a shower
Tidying up the house
Eating a healthy breakfast
Drinking a relaxing cup of coffee and leaving the house
This morning she woke up late with her alarm, which she had postponed again, and jumped out of bed in a hurry. "If I hold the service for a few minutes, I'll catch up," she thought. She could only wash her face. She opened the wardrobe and started to think about what to wear. Since she was still not fully awake, she couldn't choose what to wear. Her clothes were either unironed or in the dirty basket. The clean ones were mis-matched. She started to get dressed something but her outfit didn't fit her at all. She felt bad looking in the mirror, but there was no time to change it. She quickly packed her bag. As she hurried out the door, she realized that her shoes were dirty, but there was no time left. She just walked out.
When she turned the corner, she saw the shuttle waiting. She ran and got on the bus. She thanked the driver. But the expressions on the faces of her fellow passengers were not very encouraging. Although their looks were not very different from this every morning, Ezgi was more disturbed this time. She was angry with herself and wanted to get out of this situation as soon as possible. She was buried in her seat, put on her headphones and started listening to music. After a while, the shuttle stopped in front of the bagel shop. Fortunately, there was such an opportunity. If only she could get up early, she could have breakfast at home. Her most recent doctor had told her she needed to eat a healthy diet. But she had no time for that.
As she walked into the company, she felt like a pontoon sinking to the bottom with each added burden. She felt tired and exhausted. The pain started above her eyes and spread throughout her head. "You are only at the beginning of the day, try a little harder!" she said inwardly. She greeted her friend at the information desk with a hard smile. But her smile did not last long.
Everyone in the office was glowing. Her friends' hair was well-groomed, their clothes were neat, and they welcomed Ezgi with smiles. She thought to herself how fresh and vibrant they were. They were well-groomed and cheerful like every day. "How do they keep up with so many things?" she thought. She took her makeup bag and ran to the bathroom. She applied a light make-up and tidied up her outfit. She got a cup of tea and went to her desk, everyone was already at their desks.
She sat at her desk and looked around. She thought for a while. She had no energy left for work. A deep uneasiness filled her. She always felt late for something. Life was slipping through her hands. How long was this bottleneck going to continue? She had to get herself in better condition. "I don't know how, but there must be a way," she said. She had decided many times to fix this distressing situation. Each time she would start but after a few days she would go back to her old routine. And every time she made a decision, it was harder to take action than the time before. She remembered these things. She said to herself, "The difficulty of doing cannot be more painful than what I feel when I don't do it."
There must be a method to this. She thought about
where to begin. It was almost as if she
was isolated from the surroundings. Ignoring the astonished looks of those
around her, she picked up a pen and paper and started writing down her goals.
She was doing the right thing, in fact, when one makes a decision, one must
first materialize it. Then, without wasting any time, she should start
implementing it in small steps.
The Experiential Design Teaching states: "To make something a habit, you need to start with small steps and be
disciplined to simplicity."
Starting with small steps and continuing with discipline in these small
steps is one of the most important methods that lead people to success. Big
steps quickly tire people and cause them to give up on the goal.
Experiential Design Teaching is the knowledge of reality that provides the information individuals need on their path to life. It produces strategies for people through true information derived from experiences. Thus provides real methods on how they can solve their problems.
It conveys ways to be happy and successful with "Who's Who?", "Relationship Mastery" and "Success Psychology" programs.
