WITH EVERY HARDSHIP COMES EASE

“No effort iswasted.” she said, getting out of the vehicle. Betül had been in business for nearly twenty years and loved working. She enjoyed being productive and teaching people around her. She was always rewarded for her hard work. However, after a while everything started to turn into a race for money and position. Greed too over ambitions. These were bothering her now. The recent injustice hurt her a lot. She had been preparing for a senior position for years, but someone's relative was placed instead of her. Even though she was hurt she saw the silver lining in those challenging times. After what happened, she made a decision that surprised everyone and asked for a small job that no one else would want. She chose this new job to escape from ambition. Because she had worked constantly until now and her whole life had been about getting the appreciation she needed. Now her life wasn't just about work anymore. She wanted to benefit from and enjoy different areas. What caused this urge in her was her recent confrontation with herself. As she realized her own shortcomings, she started to think about how she could be better. Even though she was married and had parents, she realized how shallow and inadequate her life was, consisting only of work. However, there were so many things in life that were undiscovered... There were countless areas to rediscover such as family, friends, health and education in different fields. She wanted to focus on how she could improve in different areas. She had now put aside her goals of professional advancement. She had given up on one thing, but she had also decided on something else.

Experiential Design Teaching says; “Every choice is a sacrifice.” 

Until now, she hustled to be applauded and admired. However, life had never given her this pleasure. But when she looked at it today, she realized that as she gave up her previous wishes were given to her. She gave up her desire to be loved, and then the people around her began to change. There were difficulties in the beginning, but there was always relief in the end. Her coworker who thought similar things had decided to take care of her health and quit smoking. She went through a very difficult time, during this period she was lashing out at those around her. But she eventually overcame those troubled times. Besides, can a person put effort to improve and not succeed? Anything that seems difficult at first will eventually turn into happiness, peace and success. She understood this better when she experienced these things herself. At first, while she was trying to give her children the attention she had not shown for years, there were conflicts, and she could not get them to listen to her. There were times where she doubted her cause while trying to reach out to her relatives. There were moments were things seemed unbearable. But “With every difficulty there was truly ease.”

And that is what had happened. It was difficult at first, but then everything flowed like water. What had she done differently? She started toengage in different things and put effort into them. She thought about the needs of the people around her and rushed to meet them. When she finished her work, she started to work on the house, and when that was over, she either focused on the needs of her children or her husband, she got education to put everything in order and improve herself.

When she worked in various areas, she noticed that she was less tired than before. She was doing more diverse tasks and working harder, but she wasenergetic. Mental efforts and the physical rushes that followed them... As the efforts became more diverse, they moved from one to the other as if they were fluctuating. Just as it was said; “When you finish one task, move on to another.”

Months after, her life had become much simpler when looked from outside but richer from the inside. Yes, Betül was no longer the old Betül. She got out of her monotone life and enriched herself with correct and diverse pursuits. Now she was surprising people, but this time not with her work but with her other achievements in life... 

Experiential Design Teaching is the knowledge of reality that provides the information individuals need on their path to life. It produces strategies for people through true information derived from experiences. Thus provides real methods on how they can solve their problems.

 It conveys ways to be happy and successful with "Who's Who?", "Relationship Mastery" and "Success Psychology" programs.

“The only thing that hasn't been discovered yet is; the Better.”
