Justify Your Role

 JUSTIFY YOUR ROLE

It was a morning when he watched the sunrise with admiration again. The sun seemed to prove that light would come after the dark clouds. How beautifully it was doing justice to its role. It was step by step as it rose and step by step as it set. It was neither too far away nor too close. It was exactly where it was supposed to be and in the amount it was supposed to be. It was in the right consistency...

At sunrise, his house was bustling with activities. It was time to wake up the household. Asya brewed tea and prepared breakfast. She woke up her husband and children with kisses and smells. The children put on their school clothes and the beds were made. After breakfast, everyone distributed to their destinations, that is, to work and school. Who knows what they would experience during the day.

After everyone left, Asya put the house in order and got to work herself. As usual, she arrived on time, organised her desk and immediately got to work. When she sat down at the desk, her colleague brought a new document in front of her. Just as she was getting to work, she thought of the last time. She had been very upset because she had organised the wrong document in the past days. Even though the boss consoled him, she could not forgive herself. She had been sulking all day. She had been too hard on herself, thinking that she could not do her job justice. When she thought about what happened now, maybe that document was not very important and it was something that could be renewed, but she cared a lot about the anxiety she felt. There was a hunger inside of her to constantly reach for the better. Because she was aware that there was always something one could learn. There was no end to learning in this life. Then her anxiety was very normal, maybe she was just worried in the wrong situations. She agreed with people's obsession with her work, but she was clear about the struggle for the better.

Then she visualised the sunrise in the morning. How it was just the right speed and quantity. That's what she lacked. When she was trying to do justice to her role, she missed the consistency. When she missed the consistency, she deviated from the reality of the work after a while. She could become doing the right thing wrong.

Yes, Asya had a structure suitable for missing the consistency. For example, she normally did not like to drink tea, but she had made tea a habit during the time spent with the family. In fact, she was so accustomed to it that the guest, family environment had become impossible for her without tea. Then she could not do without tea and coffee at work and everywhere else. Even if it was the right thing, she had missed the consistency again...

She felt far away and extreme from the reactions of the morning sun. However, in reality, there was consistency like the sunrise. She was struggling to do justice to her role wherever she was in her life, but she was overdoing it. Either she was not enough or she was pouring her energy into the wrong channels. Although she wanted to be better, she often could not achieve what she wanted.

Experiential Design Teaching says; If you want a better result, pay the price and increase your limits. While doing this, keep it in consistency.

There was nothing wrong with wanting to be better. Like drinking tea... But Asia was not like the sun. She couldn't move step by step. When she did something, she spoke too fast, moved too fast. Or she couldn't keep the right amount of distance from people. Like the sun, she could not stay at the exact distance people needed. While trying to help, she was doing the work that someone else should do, and then she might have neglected her own work.

Where was the solution to the problem that recurred every day? Of course, at the rising and setting of the sun, which tries to offer solutions every day without getting tired.

Because what she needed was consistency, and consistency was only in reality...

Experiential Design Teaching is the knowledge of reality that provides the information individuals need on their path to life. It produces strategies for people through true information derived from experiences. Thus provides real methods on how they can solve their problems.

It conveys ways to be happy and successful with "Who's Who?", "Relationship Mastery" and "Success Psychology" programs.

“The only thing that hasn't been discovered yet is; the Better.”
